The lead times for Magiboards USA vary as follows:
- Products, that are from stock, are typically ready to ship in less than a week.
- Products, which require more manufacturing, can take 2 to 3 weeks
- Special products, such as custom printed whiteboards, the typical time to have the product ready to ship is 2 to 3 weeks from approval of the proof.
Please note that the lead times are a guideline. Please check with Customer Service if you need a quicker delivery time for an order.
On the day your order ships, we will provide, by email, a tracking number and an invoice.
Special Delivery Requirements
For large order quantities, we recommend you contact Magiboards USA customer service team for pricing and a fixed ship date.
If you need a Rush orders, contacting our team at 888-393-7795. Whenever possible, we shall try to meet your delivery requirements.
Requests for deliveries to a residential address are subject to a surcharge by our carriers. Unfortunately, there are no time slots available and there will need to be someone in all day. Due to the size of many of the boards we ship, we have a limited number of carriers that are able to handle our products. For home deliveries, please contact our customer service team. Customer Service will advise you of the costs and process your order.
All deliveries for single board orders boards 24″ x 36″ or smaller are assumed to be to the ground floor entrance to your building. For large boards or multiple board orders, the delivery will be with a freight company. Freight deliveries are based on delivering to a normal loading dock. If there are any special delivery requirements, such as a liftgate or scheduled delivery time, please contact customer service so that a quote can be provided and agreed upon in advance.
When the order arrives, the recipient needs to sign and inspect the package for damage.
Customers signing for the delivery as ‘Damaged’, and informs Magiboards USA within 48 hours, will receive a replacement product at no extra cost.
After having an agreement in place with Customer Service, Standard boards (unprinted) can be returned, providing they are still in their original packing and in a resalable condition. Charges will apply.
