The Safety Tracker is a tool used like a calendar to see safety problems. The Safety Tracker is a simple data collection tool, that is basically a one-month color-coded calendar that notes daily safety measure incidents. This Magnetic Safety Tracker is for use with the Elements Multi-Purpose Board and the SQDC Magnetic Header Kit, to create your own SQDC board.

Place the Safety Tracker on a surface that accepts magnetics, like our dry erase boards, so your team can track and record safety incidents. The Safety Tracker is usable with dry wipe marker pens.
